At Oaky The Brand, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt inside the package to help us process your return quickly.

Please note:
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Make sure to check if your item was purchased during a sale before initiating a return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@oakythebrand.com with your order details and photos. We will arrange a return and replacement or refund at no cost to you.
